How can your property management services assist military families during a PCS?
As Veterans ourselves, we know that a PCS move comes with a lot of moving parts, and housing is usually one of the stressful ones. We help military families by making the rental and property management process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Whether you are relocating to the area, PCS'ing, or preparing to rent out your home while stationed in San Antonio or elsewhere, our team provides reliable support every step of the way.
We help coordinate leasing, tenant communication, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and ongoing oversight so you do not have to manage everything from afar. We understand the importance of timely communication, flexibility, and dependable service, especially when military timelines can change quickly. Our job is to help protect your property and give you peace of mind during your transition.
-
How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?
If you receive qualifying PCS orders before your lease ends, please notify our office in writing as soon as possible and provide a copy of your orders and any other supporting documentation. Once we receive the proper notice, we will guide you through the next steps, including your move-out timeline and any applicable lease termination procedures. We aim to make the process as smooth and respectful as possible during your transition. -
What types of housing do you offer near major military bases?
We offer a variety of rental homes, which may include single-family homes, townhomes, and duplexes in areas convenient to major military bases. Availability can vary, but we work to provide housing options that fit different household sizes, budgets, and commuting needs. -
Can you help with remote rental agreements if I'm unable to visit in person?
Yes. We regularly assist tenants and owners who are relocating from out of town, out of state, or overseas. We can help with virtual communication, electronic applications, digital lease signing, and remote coordination throughout the rental process so you can secure housing without needing to be here in person.
-
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most of our leases are for 12 months, although lease terms can vary depending on the property and owner approval. In some cases, alternative lease lengths may be available. We are happy to discuss current options based on your needs and the specific property. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposit amounts vary by property, rental amount, credit score (see tenant screening criteria) and are typically based on factors such as monthly rent, application strength, pets, and owner requirements. The exact deposit amount will be clearly outlined before lease signing so there are no surprises. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
In many cases, we can begin the onboarding process very quickly once the management agreement is signed and all required property information is provided. The exact timeline depends on the property’s condition, occupancy status, and readiness for marketing or management, but we work efficiently to get started as soon as possible.
