FRESH FRUIT SALAD

Let's step into the wonderful world of spring, where everything feels fresh and alive. Picture this: the sun is shining, flowers are blooming, and there's a crisp breeze in the air. What better way to embrace the season's vibes than with a delicious fruit salad?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as required. Slice the strawberries, dice the kiwis and pineapple, and segment the oranges.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.

3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fruit salad to add a citrusy freshness. Toss gently to coat all the fruits with the lemon juice.

4. If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves over the fruit salad for an extra burst of flavor and freshness.

5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
