Pete Candelario

Born and raised in Bronx, New York, I would never had imagined that I would end up living in San Antonio, Texas. The military brought Denise and I here back in 2000 and after four years, we left to the Washington DC area. After several years in east coast, we were given the opportunity to come back to San Antonio and we took it. I retired from the USAF in 2012 and made San Antonio our permanent home. I left my military career as a radiology technologist and got into real estate, specializing in property management.
During our first tour here in San Antonio, we met the Alfaro’s. We became family along the years and after Pompi retired from the Air Force, he and his wife, Belinda, also became realtors. Now, we have combined our efforts and created our own real estate company….RE Solutions XV.
We have taken our 20+ years of military experience and transferred those skills to the real estate industry. Brokered under eXp Realty, we run a sales team for general real estate, but we also do property management under our own RE Solutions XV LLC.
