Property Management Assistant

Job Overview:
As a Property Management Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our properties. You will assist with tenant communication, property inspections, and coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing inquiries and tenant screenings.

  • Schedule property showings and maintenance requests.

  • Support the property manager in day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain records and assist with lease agreements and renewals.

  • Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and services.

  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote available properties.
     

Qualifications:
